A young startup and a leader in holistic mental health support programs for individuals and companies in Central & Eastern Europe. There is currently 60+ of us in the internal team working remotely from all around Europe, united by our mission to make psychotherapy accessible to everyone in need.

We are looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us effectively reach and convert companies that want to support their employees’ mental well-being. The ideal candidate should have strong lead generation skills, understand lead nurturing, enjoy working with content, and be able to manage projects in an international team.

Requirements

🚀 Your mission:

• Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies focused on acquiring corporate clients.
• Lead generation & nurturing – create strategies to attract, engage, and convert HR professionals, managers, and decision-makers.
• Content marketing – develop and manage case studies, blogs, newsletters, and social media content.
• Performance marketing management – collaborate with agencies to optimize paid advertising channels.
• Branding & positioning – strengthen our brand and establish us as a leader in corporate mental well-being.
• Project management – coordinate marketing activities within an international team and work cross-functionally.
  

💡 What we’re looking for in you:

✅ Experience in B2B marketing (especially in lead generation and lead nurturing).
✅ Content-driven mindset – enjoys creating engaging materials and understands what works for B2B audiences.
✅ Multi-disciplinary marketer – able to navigate between email marketing, content creation, performance marketing, and branding.
✅ Strong project management skills – capable of leading marketing campaigns and coordinating internal and external collaborations.
✅ Fluent in English – able to communicate effectively in an international team and Native in Czech / Slovak or Hungarian.
✅ Share our philosophy – believes that a company’s success depends on its people and that their well-being should be a priority.

💸 This role is based on a freelance type of collaboration (monthly invoicing for your services)
