B2B Marketing Intern

About This Role
We're looking for a sharp, curious Marketing Intern to get stuck into the full breadth of B2B and B2B2C marketing. You'll work closely with our marketing team across social, email, content, and campaigns — learning how businesses market to other businesses and contributing to work that actually moves the needle.
This role is based in Delhi, India on a hybrid schedule. It's a real shot at a full-time role for strong performers
What You Will Be Doing

Social Media
- Plan and manage LinkedIn and other social content targeting B2B audiences — industry insights, product narratives, and thought leadership.
- Monitor social performance metrics and surface insights to improve content strategy.
- Stay on top of platform trends, competitor activity, and audience conversations.

Email Marketing
- Build and execute email campaigns end-to-end: copy, segmentation, send, and performance analysis.
- Support lead nurture workflows and drip sequences that move prospects through the funnel.
- Track and report on campaign metrics — open rates, CTRs, and engagement trends.

Campaign Support
- Assist in managing organic multi-channel B2B campaigns — from briefing to reporting.
- Coordinate with design and content teams to get assets out on time and on-brand.
- Maintain content calendars and ensure.
About You

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field — final-year students may also apply.

Experience
- 0–1 year of experience in marketing, social media, or content creation.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot), or similar platforms.
- Strong written communication and storytelling skills.
- High attention to detail with a structured approach to managing content calendars and campaign assets.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple campaigns or projects at once.
