We’re looking for a B2B Card Specialist to drive and grow Mama Money’s B2B card offerings. This role sits at the intersection of product, operations, compliance, and partnerships, ensuring that business card solutions are compliant, scalable, and aligned with customer needs.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in card issuing, B2B payments, and stakeholder management within a fintech or financial services environment.
As our B2B Card Specialist, you will:
Card Product & Operations: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of B2B card products (virtual and/or physical cards)
Oversee card issuance, activation, usage monitoring, and lifecycle managementEnsure smooth day-to-day card operations, including transaction monitoring and issue resolution
Work closely with issuing banks, card networks (Visa/Mastercard), and processors
Compliance & Risk: Ensure card products comply with regulatory, AML, KYC, and card-scheme requirements
Support audits, reporting, and risk mitigation related to B2B card usageIdentify and manage fraud risks and operational controls
Stakeholder & Partner Management: Act as the primary point of contact for card-related partners and vendors
Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Tech, Compliance, Finance, and Customer Support
Support onboarding and enablement of B2B customers using card solutions
Product Development & Improvement: Gather feedback from internal teams and B2B clients to improve card features and processes
Support new card product launches and enhancements
Analyze card usage data to identify growth opportunities and efficiency improvements
Customer Support & Enablement: Provide expert support for complex B2B card issues and escalations
Develop documentation, training materials, and FAQs for internal teams and customersEnsure a seamless customer experience for B2B card users
Requirements & experience:
5+ years experience in card issuing, B2B payments, fintech, or financial services
Strong understanding of card schemes, processors, and issuing bank relationships
Experience working with B2B customers and payment products
Skills & Competencies
Solid knowledge of card operations, reconciliation, and transaction flows
Understanding of compliance, AML, KYC, and fraud management in card programs
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced fintech environment
