Nubank's B2B team focuses on closing and managing strategic partnerships for its Enterprise product portfolio. Currently, these products include our proprietary payment solution (NuPay) and our product distribution platform for Nubank’s customer base (e.g., Loyalty). The B2B team's goal is to scale Nubank's B2B services by creating win-win opportunities that drive mutual growth and success while shaping the future of e-commerce and online payments.
- Being a key player for Nubank’s B2B front, creating business opportunities with key companies for NuPay and, in the future, other B2B products;
- Taking full ownership of the sales cycle, from prospecting and opening opportunities to closing deals, ensuring we leverage the best results for each partner/vertical within a pre-defined account portfolio;
- Acting as a trusted advisor to partners and an expert on our product suite, working closely with Product, Operations, Marketing, and General Managers.
- Has solid experience in Enterprise negotiations (with sales cycles ranging from 6 to 18 months) and is comfortable leading presentations and negotiations with C-level executives and Directors;;
- Has previous experience in the payments and/or fintech industry;
- Is capable of working within a scope that involves a mix of volume and depth—able to dive deep into discussions with each partner and create consultative business cases while managing multiple strategic accounts;
- Possesses an analytical profile, supporting arguments and decisions with data, and translating complex information into clear, objective messages and presentations;
- Is able to lead and influence cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Business Analytics, Marketing, CS, etc.) on time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced environment that demands high ownership;
- Is available for occasional in-person meetings in São Paulo with clients and partners as needed;
- Is fluent in English.
