B2B Account Manager - Energy (Large Enterprises)

TLDR

Drive growth with large enterprises in energy sales, building local networks and offering tailored solutions while developing a strong portfolio in a start-up environment.

Purpose of the role

Drive growth with Large Enterprises across his/her region. As a pure hunter you will develop your portfolio among large Enterprises (500 to 5000MWh/year of power or gas consumption).

Essential responsibilities

 

  • Map the territory, Identify opportunities, build a local network (consultants, business clubs), and keep a disciplined cadence of meetings
  • Propose competitive pricing for power, gas and injection
  • Take care of your existing customers, and manage renewals
  • Advise customers about injection & consumption (PV/on-site generation, batteries, EV charging, flexibility
  • Work closely with Operations, Customer Care, and Credit & Collection
  • BSc/MSc degree
  • At least 1-3 years in B2B energy sales from energy/utilities space
  • French or Dutch required; English is a plus
  • Entrepreneur mindset
  • A true hunter mindset: organized, persistent, performance-driven
  • Strong negotiation and relationship skills
  • Excel proficiency (formulas, pivots) and solid CRM/forecast discipline
