Within just a couple of years, our team grew more than 80%, we moved into a new spacious and modern office, and we kicked off 2026 with several new and exciting projects in digital transformation, custom software and robotics.

We are now looking for an Azure & Systems Engineer to work in new challenging outsourced projects.

The role is strongly hands-on and involves daily system and security operations across Microsoft technologies, on-premises infrastructure, endpoint management, and hybrid cloud environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and administer Active Directory environments (user & group management, GPOs, OU structure, DNS)
  • Manage and support Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022/2025)
  • Administer and support Hyper-V clusters, virtual machines, storage and high availability
  • Participate in backup and recovery operations for servers and virtualized workloads
  • Manage and support Microsoft Intune (device enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies)
  • Operate Microsoft Defender technologies (Defender for Endpoint, antivirus policies, security baselines)
  • Support and administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
  • Support Entra ID (Azure AD), MFA and Conditional Access policies
  • Assist in Azure infrastructure operations (IaaS, basic monitoring)
  • Apply security best practices across servers, endpoints and identities
  • Participate in infrastructure system improvements
  • Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in Systems / Infrastructure Engineering roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with Active Directory administration
  • Experience managing Windows Server environments
  • Hands-on experience with Hyper-V virtualization (clusters, VMs, storage)
  • Practical experience with Microsoft Intune
  • Practical experience with Microsoft Defender (endpoint security & protection policies)
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, with Exchange Online administration considered mandatory
  • Basic administration and operational support of Microsoft Exchange on-premises environments
  • Basic to intermediate experience with Microsoft Azure
  • Good understanding of endpoint and identity security concepts
  • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs)
  • Experience working with IT ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow)
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English

Nice to Have:

  • PowerShell scripting for administration and automation.
  • Experience with backup platforms.
  • Familiarity with security hardening and least-privilege models.
  • Microsoft certifications (AZ-104, MS-102, SC-300).
