👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As an AWS Database Administrator at Ivy Partners, you will:

• Install and configure various database types, focusing primarily on AWS technologies including RDS, Aurora PostgreSQL, and MySQL.

• Enhance database performance through fine tuning and query optimization.

• Manage database workloads efficiently.

• Extend your expertise by potentially working with additional AWS services such as S3, IAM, Lambda, and CloudWatch.

• Participate in international projects and have a say in technological decisions.

Requirements

🏅 About You!

• You hold a master’s degree in Information Technology, Maths, Physics, Statistics, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

• You excel in problem-solving and can work independently with little supervision.

• You can effectively liaise with differing levels of staff within an organization and are a committed team player.

• You are motivated to advance in your role, are a self-starter, can manage your workload to meet deadlines, and share your knowledge willingly.

• You are prepared to work in shifts (covering 10-hour shifts, 5 days a week) and participate in an on-call rotation approximately one week per month.

• English proficiency (B2).
