Job Overview We are looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Structured Derivatives professional to join our capital markets team. This role requires good knowledge of structured products and derivatives. The candidate will generate new business opportunities and deliver product services related to structured products issued on ADDX Platform.   Key Responsibilities Lead sales activities for structured derivatives products, ensuring alignment with client objectives and market regulations. Collaborate with external providers, product specialists, and risk teams to design, price, and execute structured product solutions. Conduct market analysis, generate insights, and communicate trends to clients and internal stakeholders for informed decision-making. Oversee deal structuring, transaction lifecycle, and confirmation processes, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely settlement. Mentor junior sales and structuring team members on product knowledge, client engagement strategies, and regulatory best practices. Support compliance with regulatory and internal risk management frameworks, including monitoring exposures and reporting irregularities. Participate in client meetings, presentations, and industry events to strengthen market presence and generate new business opportunities. Promote client education initiatives together with Marketing team to increase adoption and understanding of structured products.   Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 3–5 years specifically in structured derivatives or complex products Strong understanding of structured products, derivatives (interest rate, equity, credit, FX), and risk management principles. Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., MAS compliance, risk reporting, trade settlement processes) and securities trading practices. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends, client needs, and product performance.
