We’re now looking for a hands-on, data-obsessed, and business-first AVP – Revenue to build and lead our revenue growth engine. This is a leadership role for someone who loves scaling systems, hustling for growth, and building revenue frameworks that actually work

Requirements

1. Own the Revenue Charter

  • Lead end-to-end revenue growth across B2C, B2B, and strategic partnerships.
  • Consolidate and track all revenue lines — subscriptions, programs, corporate wellness, and digital funnels.
  • Drive sustainable, high-velocity growth with clear visibility into revenue levers, costs, and unit economics.
  • Build scalable playbooks for customer monetization, pricing, and retention.

2. Scale Customer Growth & Retention

  • Design the complete customer lifecycle journey — from first click to long-term retention.
  • Leverage CRM, automation, and data intelligence to optimize conversions and engagement.
  • Drive lifetime value (LTV) expansion with upsells, renewals, and loyalty initiatives.
  • Partner with product, marketing, and CX to unlock new growth channels and revenue streams.

3. Build & Execute Data-Driven Strategies

  • Lead the development of real-time dashboards for revenue and funnel tracking.
  • Use data to continuously improve CAC, M1 retention, and conversion efficiency.
  • Experiment relentlessly — A/B test, learn fast, and scale what works.

4. Partnerships, Alliances & New Business

  • Create and manage corporate partnerships for Elevate Now’s wellness programs.
  • Identify high-value collaborations that expand reach and diversify revenue.
  • Negotiate win-win deals and ensure consistent ROI across partnership channels.

5. Lead, Build, and Inspire

  • Build and mentor a lean, high-output team across business, growth, and analytics.
  • Collaborate with leadership on long-term strategic planning and revenue forecasting.
  • Champion a growth-first, performance-driven culture across the organization.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue, growth, or business leadership roles in high-growth consumer-tech / startup ecosystems.
  • Proven track record of scaling revenue and owning P&L in digital-first or B2C environments.
  • Strong understanding of CRM, marketing automation, data analytics, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Hands-on with growth metrics, funnel optimization, and customer retention playbooks.
  • Comfortable in fast-moving, unstructured startup setups where ownership > hierarchy.
