Job responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regulatory compliance strategies and frameworks for the payments industry.
- Monitor and interpret regulatory changes and ensure the company's compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments to identify potential areas of vulnerability and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance requirements are integrated into business processes and product development.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on regulatory compliance matters to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports and documentation to relevant authorities in a timely manner.

Job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in regulatory compliance within the payments industry or financial services sector.
- Strong knowledge of local and international payment regulations and standards.
- Proven track record of successfully managing compliance programs and initiatives.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
