We’re now looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our internal team based at Heathrow. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role where you’ll focus on attracting top talent, delivering a standout candidate experience, and ensuring every placement contributes to our clients' success.

What’s on offer:

  • £28,000–£30,000 per annum
  • Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
  • 1 weekend shift every 8 weeks (you’ll get 2 weekdays off that week)
  • 29 days holiday per year (including bank holidays)

What you’ll be doing:

  • Source, attract and engage candidates using a variety of recruitment channels.
  • Ensure all recruitment activity complies with CAA regulations, client requirements and industry standards.
  • Meet and exceed your placement targets while actively supporting the wider team.
  • Guide candidates through their journey – from first contact to induction and beyond.
  • Build strong talent pipelines to meet client demand across multiple sites.
  • Work closely with our referencing and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
  • Lead on onboarding processes – from booking assessments and e-learning, to supporting day-one check-ins.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and keep recruitment systems up to date.
  • Communicate regularly with placed candidates to support retention.

  • Previous recruitment or resourcing experience is preferred
