Now, about the opportunity: AV/Editor at Monks Mexico
Key Responsibilities:
Produces all "Always On" video assets for social media with a highly creative, dynamic, and social-first approach.
Responsible for editing, animation, motion graphics, subtitling, and visual assets, ensuring high-impact and engaging content.
Proposes creative solutions through audiovisual language, mastering rhythm, visual storytelling, on-screen text, music, and timing.
Ensures every video is optimized by platform, format, and objective (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, etc.).
Contributes ideas to enhance creative execution, suggesting new ways to tell stories through video.
Works in close collaboration with Editorial and Content Managers to ensure narrative coherence, brand tone, and cultural relevance.
Maintains high standards of visual craft and aesthetic consistency aligned with Warner Bros. Discovery brand guidelines.
Possesses strong sensitivity to cultural context and social media video consumption trends, particularly in short-form formats.
