CSN RSK Downtown is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collision-repair environment and has strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic capabilities.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform mechanical repairs related to collision damage (suspension, steering, cooling systems, mechanical teardown & re-assembly, etc.)
  • Carry out advanced electrical diagnostics, fault-finding, and system testing on modern vehicles, including EV and hybrid platforms
  • Complete pre- and post-repair scans, calibrations, and system resets as required
  • Document findings, repair recommendations, and completed work accurately
  • Work closely with collision technicians, appraisers, and estimators to ensure proper repair flow
  • Road test vehicles to verify repair integrity and safety

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on automotive repair experience
  • Strong experience in electrical diagnostics, wiring repairs, module testing, and CAN-bus systems
  • Must hold a valid Ontario 310B Technician Certificate
  • Clean and valid G-class driver’s licence with a clean driving abstract
  • Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and adapt to modern collision-repair workflows
  • Experience with OEM procedures, scan tools, and diagnostic platforms is strongly preferred
  • EV experience considered an asset
