The role

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Sales Lead to spearhead our Sales efforts in the BENELUX market.

As the Sales Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our expansion, leveraging your extensive experience in B2B software Sales, ideally with a strong background in CRM and Digital Marketing and Automotive. This is an opportunity to be part of a revolutionary movement in the industry.

  • As the primary driver of our sales strategy, you'll be responsible for both cultivating growth and overseeing expansion initiatives. Your expertise will be instrumental in navigating acquisitions within the BENELUX region and seamlessly integrating them into our operations.
  • In this pivotal position, you'll represent our company as the face of our brand in the market, reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer. Your keen insight will identify promising prospects and key decision-makers, enabling our sales teams to effectively target their efforts. You'll spearhead the creation of prospect lists for our local Sales team ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed.
  • Building and nurturing a high-performing commercial team will be central to your role, with a focus on managing approximately 4 resources. Your leadership will empower them to execute on new business proposals, deliver impactful presentations, and negotiate and close deals with confidence.
  • Leveraging your deep understanding of the market and competitors, you'll refine MotorK's unique selling propositions and differentiators, positioning us as the go-to solution for our clients. Additionally, you'll develop innovative marketing campaign strategies tailored to the needs of French dealerships, driving awareness and engagement.
  • Your ability to identify opportunities for impactful campaigns will be instrumental in driving sales growth, while your adeptness at presenting new products and services will strengthen existing relationships and open doors to new possibilities.

Requirements

Our ideal Sales Manager will have:

  • We are seeking a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in enterprise software sales, ideally with expertise in SAAS, CRM, Digital Marketing, and Shopping tools. Experience in the Automotive Retail sector is highly desirable.
  • The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, adept at accelerating sales cycles and operating on a quarterly rhythm. You should have a demonstrated history of closing complex deals, coupled with a strong grasp of business practices and industry trends.
  • Conceptual selling should be second nature to you, yet you must also be capable of clearly demonstrating return on investment to clients. Your work ethic should be exemplary, consistently surpassing expectations and achieving outstanding results.
  • Fluency in English is a must, as well as fluency in French and Dutch.
