Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare vehicles for paint by sanding, masking, priming, and cleaning surfaces
  • Mix and apply automotive paint using proper techniques and tools
  • Perform spot repairs, blending, and full resprays with precision
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Inspect finished work for quality and accuracy
  • Follow all safety protocols and shop procedures
  • Work closely with estimators, body technicians, and other team members to meet deadlines

Requirements

  • 5 years of Experience as an Automotive Prepper / Painter in an Auto Body Repair Shop
  • High School Diploma
  • 310B License is an asset
  • Knowledge of modern paint systems, tools, and safety practices
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

Hourly pay - $23 - $30 (based on experience and / or skill level)

Schedule: Monday to Thursday 8 am - 5 pm and Friday 8 am - 4 pm
