Key Responsibilities:

-Diagnostics & Repairs: Perform thorough diagnostics and repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension systems, and other mechanical components.

-Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine vehicle maintenance services, including oil changes, filter replacements, and system inspections.

-Communication: Clearly explain mechanical issues and repairs to service advisors, team members and when necessary, to customers.

-Shop Safety: Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on mechanical repair experience.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of vehicle systems including diagnostics, electrical, suspension, and drivability.

Certifications: ASE certification or equivalent is a plus.

Technical Proficiency: Experience with scan tools, diagnostic software, and repair databases.

Tools: Must have own tools
