Automotive Auction Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Automotive Auction Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in car auctions, a deep understanding of the automotive market, and the ability to attract and engage potential buyers and sellers.

This role focuses on expanding our customer base, building relationships with car enthusiasts, dealers, and auction participants, and driving participation in automotive auctions

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support automotive auction activities.
• Identify and attract potential buyers and sellers to participate in auctions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with car dealers, showrooms, and individual clients.
• Promote auction events through direct outreach and networking.
• Provide expert guidance to clients regarding car valuation and auction processes.
• Analyze market trends and recommend strategies to increase auction participation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth auction operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive sales, car trading, or auction environments.
• Strong knowledge of the automotive market and vehicle valuation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to attract and engage customers (B2C & B2B).
• Strong network within the automotive industry is a plus.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
