For our AutoProff team we are looking for a new colleague to join us in this newly created role as Automotive Auction Specialist (m/f/d) for Italy. The position will be based at our office in Padova.

We are the emerging European leader in digital dealer-to-dealer trading. AutoProff was established in 2013 to digitize B2B vehicle trading, helping car dealers grow sales and improve profits from used car trading.

About the role

On AutoProff many cars are published every day from Italian dealers. And traded across EU. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring auctions and platform success.

You will be working in team with Sales and Customer Support to ensure one voice approach to the customers.

Let's dive into your key responsibilities

• Be a point of reference for our customers all along the way during the auction process.
• Ensure that auction prices and guaranteed prices are defined as quickly and accurately as possible for the best success of the platform.
• Daily monitor the progress of the auctions in order to optimize transactions on the platform.
• Work in Team with your Digital Car Trading Specialist teammates to ensure you do achieve together challenging operational targets (# of cars on auction, # of cars sold, % of Sales Rate, # of bids, etc.).
• Support and manage customer complaints in coordination and collaboration with the various Teams involved.

The need-to-have skills

• Knowledge of the automotive market (makes, models, prices, etc.).
• Preferred background in the Automotive market (dealerships or automakers or consulting firms specializing in the field).
• Strong and proven analytical and data management skills.
• A systematic and analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Used to work with digital tools and great ability to quickly get acquainted with new systems.
• Good time management skills and strong propensity for teamwork.
• Good communication skills, and fluent in English
• Really enjoy championing a truly productive team spirit
