We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Automation Test Engineer with expertise in Playwright to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test frameworks for complex web applications. Experience in the pharmaceutical or clinical domain is a significant advantage. Familiarity with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) methodologies is highly desirable. Responsibilities:
  • Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright for web applications.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to define quality requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Leverage BDD frameworks to create readable and maintainable test scenarios (e.g., using Cucumber, SpecFlow, or similar tools).
  • Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with the development team to drive resolution.
  • Contribute to continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to enable automatic test execution.
  • Maintain detailed test documentation and report on test progress and outcomes.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and/or appropriate experience.
  • Experience:
  • 10+ years of experience in a Software Testing space
  • Hands on proficiency in Playwright
  • Skills:
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset and willingness to share knowledge.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working across diverse applications and business groups.
  • Proactive attitude towards learning and embracing new technologies.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or clinical domain is highly desirable.
