  • We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our Finance & Operations team as an Automation & Process Optimization. This role focuses on improving operational efficiency, data accuracy, and control reliability through automation and process improvements. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with data, systems, and cross-functional teams to simplify complex workflows and reduce manual effort..
  • Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions to support finance and operational processes.
  • Analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies, manual activities, and improvement opportunities.
  • Translate business requirements into structured, scalable, and well-documented automation logic.
  • Perform data validation, reconciliation, and consistency checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve data or process discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and automation initiatives.
  • Support internal reporting, audits, and compliance activities by maintaining accurate documentation, SOPs, and control logic.
  • Monitor and maintain existing automation to ensure reliability and ongoing effectiveness.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by proactively proposing and implementing solutions.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis or special projects as required.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in automation, data operations, finance operations, reconciliation, audit, or process improvement roles.
  • Hands-on experience building or maintaining automation solutions using at least one of the following: Google Apps Script, Python, or SQL
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with high attention to data accuracy and validation.
  • Experience working with large, complex, or high-volume datasets.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in English (oral and written).
