  • Lead the installation, configuration, and integration of AMR systems within Lear’s manufacturing facilities
  • Design and implement custom solutions to optimize AMR/AGV performance in diverse operational environments
  • Develop and maintain control/ monitoring systems for AMR/AGV fleet across multiple facility types
  • Ensure seamless integration between AMR/AGV systems Lear MES systems
  • Configure AMR/AGV systems to support both production line material handling and warehouse operations
  • What will make you successful:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or related field
  • 3+ years' Experience with AMR/AGV systems
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills
  • System integration experience
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Ability to travel up to 50% to customer sites to capture design info or assist installation
