Why This Role Matters In this role, you will help ensure the quality, safety, and reliability of AutoContour by leading testing, validation, and documentation efforts prior to product releases. You will work closely with the Product Manager, QA team, engineering team, and Regulatory team to test new versions, troubleshoot issues, and support medical device documentation, ensuring the product meets both clinical and regulatory standards. Responsibilities Include: Ensure product quality by thoroughly testing new versions of AutoContour prior to release Execute verification and validation (V&V) testing to maintain product integrity and performance Partner with Success and Support teams to troubleshoot issues and support clinic implementations Provide actionable feedback to Product and Engineering to improve functionality and usability Support regulatory and medical device documentation, including requirements definition, risk mitigation, and test documentation Required Experience: 5+ years of experience as a clinical medical physicist or dosimetrist using AutoContour Direct treatment planning experience Experience with rigid and deformable image registration Validation and verification experience Experience implementing AAPM Task Group recommendations related to contouring and image registration Preferred Experience: Experience using multiple Radformation products Experience working with multiple treatment planning systems Experience with Visual Studio or similar development tools Programming experience (C# preferred) Product testing, verification, or QA experience Customer service or clinical support experience AI & Hiring Integrity At Radformation we believe AI can be an incredible tool for innovation, but our hiring process is all about getting to know you, your skills, experience, and unique approach to problem solving.
