Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed technical drawings and construction documents for retail projects.
- Implement design revisions and redlines efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
- Ensure U.S. code compliance and drawing standards are followed.
- Coordinate with architects and project managers to ensure deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.
- Maintain organized file structures and clear layer management within AutoCAD.
Requirements
- Proven experience drafting retail or commercial projects for the U.S. market.
- Proficient in AutoCAD (advanced level).
- Experience preparing construction documentation and technical detailing.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines.
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Portfolio of retail projects is required.
