Position Summary

Kenneth’s Car Care is seeking a detail-oriented Parts Associate to support our production team. This role is responsible for receiving, posting, organizing, and tracking body shop (BS) parts to ensure repairs move efficiently and vehicles are returned to customers on time.

This position plays a critical role in shop workflow and production accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Receive all body shop parts deliveries and verify accuracy against invoices and repair orders

Post parts to the correct repair orders within the shop management system

Label, organize, and stage parts by vehicle and repair order

Inspect parts for damage or incorrect orders and coordinate returns as needed

Maintain a clean, organized parts room and storage areas

Communicate with estimators and technicians regarding part status and shortages

Track backordered parts and follow up with vendors

Assist with inventory organization and vendor documentation

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous parts, warehouse, or automotive experience preferred but not required

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Comfortable working in a fast-paced shop environment

Basic computer skills; shop management system experience is a plus

Valid driver’s license preferred
