Role Summary

The Auto Operations QA Supervisor is responsible for leading quality assurance across Autograph Operations, ensuring that all products meet established quality standards, compliance requirements, and production timelines. This role owns the design, execution, and continuous improvement of QA processes across the operation.

Acting as a key operational leader, this position drives consistency, accuracy, and accountability across workflows while partnering cross-functionally to mitigate risk and resolve quality issues. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capability, structured problem-solving, and proven leadership experience within a high-volume production or manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end quality assurance processes across Auto Operations, ensuring adherence to defined standards and procedures
  • Develop, implement, and enforce QA policies, inspection protocols, and audit frameworks to maintain product integrity
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Athlete Partnerships, Brand, Production) to identify, escalate, and resolve quality issues and operational risks
  • Supervise QA Team Leads and contingent workforce, including scheduling, performance management, attendance tracking, and productivity oversight
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including defect rates, throughput, accuracy, and SLA adherence
  • Ensure data integrity across inventory and operational systems; validate accuracy, completeness, and traceability of all QA-related documentation
  • Drive backlog management and workflow prioritization to meet production deadlines and operational targets
  • Oversee audit readiness, ensuring processes and documentation meet internal controls and compliance standards
  • Design and deliver training programs for new hires and ongoing development of existing team members; maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Identify process gaps and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and scalability

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, or related field required
  • 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing, operations, or production environments preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in quality assurance, process control, or operational excellence
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required
  • Experience with data management systems; familiarity with workflow or inventory platforms preferred
  • Exposure to business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and drive accountability in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail with the ability to maintain focus over extended periods

Work Environment

  • Hybrid operational role with both desk-based responsibilities and on-floor oversight
  • Requires sustained computer use and active engagement with production teams
