What You’ll Do

· Perform collision repair tasks, including structural repairs, sheet metal work, and body panel work

· Operate advanced repair tools and equipment such as frame machines and welding systems, reflecting the high-tech environment of our shop

· Prepare and finish vehicles using OEM-quality parts and procedures, maintaining the superior standards we’re known for

· Collaborate effectively with estimators, painters, and parts staff to help deliver top-tier workmanship with consistency and precision

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, upholding our reputation for detailed, trustworthy service

Requirements

Experience: Proven background as an Auto Body Technician (I-CAR Certification preferred)

· Skills: Strong competency in frame and structural repairs, panel replacements, body filler application, and refinishing prep

· Knowledge: Familiarity with OEM repair procedures and modern collision repair techniques—skills that align with our dedication to craftsmanship using the latest tools and technology

· Traits: Highly detail-oriented, dependable, safety-conscious, and cooperative as part of a close-knit, transparent team
