Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Body Man to join our team at Urban Collision Center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto body repair, with experience in welding and a dedication to delivering top-tier workmanship on every vehicle.

Responsibilities:

· Perform a range of auto body repairs, including frame straightening, panel replacement, dent repair, and refinishing.

· Utilize welding techniques to repair or replace damaged components as needed.

· Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, prepping surfaces, and applying primer.

· Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely and efficient repair processes.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in line with industry standards.

Requirements

· Minimum of 5 years of experience as an auto body technician.

· Proficient in welding and all aspects of auto body repair.

· Must own and maintain personal tools required for the job.

· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

· Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

· Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship.
