Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Collision Repair Technician to join our team. While prior experience in collision repair is preferred, we are open to hiring the right candidate who is eager to learn and grow in this field. If you have a passion for automotive repair and a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

· Inspect vehicles for damage and determine the necessary repairs.

· Perform repairs on vehicle frames, body panels, and other structural components.

· Replace or repair damaged parts and components.

· Use various tools and equipment to restore vehicles to their original condition.

· Follow company procedures and industry standards for all repair work.

· Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines.

· Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of repairs.

Requirements

· Experience in collision repair is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.

· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work with various tools and equipment.

· Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

· Strong commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

· I-CAR Certification preferred, but not required.
