  • Facilitate vehicle deliveries and clarify repair work done, addressing any customer inquiries.
  • Manage file preparations for final billing uploads, ensuring correct verbiage and documentation are used.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and self-starter mentality.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and assignments with attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving skills, organized, detail-oriented, and accurate work.
  • Preferred: Minimum of 4 years in collision auto body repair experience.
  • Knowledge of insurance procedures and requirements.
  • I-CAR certification is advantageous.
  • Experience using estimating software, especially CCC One.
  • Experience writing estimates for high-end vehicles is a plus.
