About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Detailer to join our collision repair team. In this role, you will be responsible for the final finishing and quality control on vehicles after repairs are completed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform polishing, buffing, and finishing work on repaired vehicles to ensure a flawless appearance
  • Detail both interior and exterior of vehicles prior to customer delivery
  • Inspect vehicles for imperfections and address any required corrections
  • Complete vehicle scans prior to production and final delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and vehicle condition during prewash and final wash
  • Ensure a clean and organized work area at all times
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and equipment

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in auto body polishing, detailing, or collision repair finishing preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results
  • Familiarity with polishing equipment, detailing products, and vehicle scan tools (training provided if required)
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • Valid Ontario driver’s license with clean driving record
