Hybrid Work
HCVT currently offers a hybrid work model that allows eligible employees to work both remotely and in the office, based on business needs and team coordination. When working remotely, employees are expected to meet the same performance standards, adhere to the same policies, and maintain the same level of communication, collaboration, and responsiveness as working in the office. Please note that this arrangement is not guaranteed and subject to change at any time. We will strive to provide reasonable notice of any changes to your work location or schedule whenever possible.
The opportunity to work for HCVT International LLC in Armenia would mean getting to work with a diverse group of people. Importantly, you will have the opportunity to work directly with our US employees and US clientele.
We are looking for a candidate who can work 20 hours per week for a three month contract opportunity (exact timing to be discussed).
As a Staff in our Audit service line, you are expected to perform the following:
Participate in engagement planning discussions
Perform engagement procedures as directed by supervisor and clearly document procedures performed in workpapers
Assist in drafting engagement reports
Perform technical research as requested and report back your findings to your supervisor.
Works professionally with other members of an engagement team
Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills with all levels of the engagement team and client personnel
Develop productive relationships with firm and client personnel
Maintain a strong client focus, be responsive to supervisor’s and client requests.
To be successful, these are the skills and experience you will need:
Degree in accounting, finance, or other related majors
Some accounting work experience preferred but not required
Be eligible to sit for the ACCA exams
Have a basic knowledge of accounting concepts, professional standards and regulations (i.e., GAAP, GAAS, etc.)
Strong written and oral communication skills
Self-motivated, accountable, and able to work independently
Ability to handle multiple priorities tasks and projects simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, as well as the ability to understand technology/software easily
Ability to work overtime as needed
