  • Assist with bid preparation and documentation (pricing support only, not final sign-off)
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to clarify scope and project requirements
  • Oversight of procurement and logistics relating to projects

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in electrical engineering, electrical estimating, or control and automation environments
  • Experience using electrical estimating and digital take-off tools (e.g., PlanSwift, Accubid, Bluebeam, or similar); exposure to project platforms such as Procore is a plus.
  • Experience using Electrical CAD software; AutoCAD, SolidEdge, EPLAN preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, including LV power, switchboards, lighting, and control/automation systems
  • Working Knowledge of Electrical Equipment in Hazardous Atmospheres (IEC 60079)
  • Ability to interpret electrical, control, and automation drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and structured documentation skills

Work Arrangement & Expectations:

This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.

To ensure alignment and transparency, successful candidates will be expected to:

  • Disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work
  • Reflect this engagement on their LinkedIn profile (clearly marked as “Independent Contractor”)
