Attorney Manager – Plaintiff Trial Team Leader
Compensation: $150,000–$250,000 base + bonus potential

The Role
As Attorney Manager – Plaintiff Trial Team Leader, you will oversee and develop a team of trial attorneys while remaining actively involved in litigation. This role is ideal for a seasoned trial lawyer who enjoys mentoring others, driving performance, and shaping case strategy while still practicing law at a high level.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of 4–6 trial or litigation attorneys, along with support staff
- Oversee case strategy from intake through litigation, trial, or resolution
- Provide hands-on guidance with trial preparation, depositions, motion practice, hearings, and negotiations
- Ensure consistent quality, accountability, and performance across the team
- Manage workflow, staffing, and day-to-day case operations
- Reinforce firm systems, procedures, and performance standards
- Serve as a visible litigation leader while developing the next generation of firm leadership
Requirements
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Active Texas Bar license (required)
- 5+ personal injury jury trials, including first-chair experience
- Deep knowledge of Texas personal injury law and litigation practice
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Prior management or mentoring experience is a plus, but not required
Requirements:

- 5+ years of personal injury trial experience
- Willingness to work in-office
