Attorney: Estate Planning/Business Formation Experience-Fully Remote

We are seeking a dedicated Network Attorney with expertise in estate planning and business formation to join our fully remote team. This position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while engaging with clients who require specialized legal guidance in these critical areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive legal advice to clients, focusing on estate planning, business formation, and special needs planning.
• Draft essential legal documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and formation documents for various business entities.
• Support clients in developing strategies for effective asset protection and estate preservation.
• Conduct virtual consultations and maintain ongoing communication with clients to address their evolving needs.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Bar in your state and in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in estate planning, business formation, and related areas of law.
• Proficient in special needs planning and Medicaid-related issues is a plus.
• Existing private practice or the ability to develop a client base.
• Professional liability insurance is required.
