This firm is currently seeking a full-time, Florida-licensed Attorney focused on client intake and lead conversion to work remotely. This position is ideal for an attorney who enjoys speaking with prospective clients, assessing legal issues, and converting qualified leads into retained clients—without the day-to-day demands of active litigation or case management.

This role is particularly well-suited for attorneys who are seeking a long-term, full-time remote position and are ready to transition away from handling active caseloads in favor of a client-facing, revenue-generating role within a growing firm.

Position Title: Attorney – Client Intake & Lead Conversion (Remote – Florida)
Compensation: $100,000/year base salary, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses tied to key performance indicators
Location: Remote (Florida residency and Florida Bar license required)

Responsibilities:
• Convert qualified leads into retained clients in accordance with firm standards and KPIs
• Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients across the firm’s practice areas
• Evaluate legal issues and determine appropriate engagement opportunities for the firm
• Clearly explain legal processes, potential strategies, and fee structures to prospective clients
• Collaborate with firm leadership and legal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
• Accurately document consultations and follow intake workflows and procedures

Qualifications:
• Active Florida Bar license in good standing (required)
• Background in civil litigation, particularly real estate and business matters and familiarity with criminal defense and debt defense matters preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment with clear performance expectations
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote setting
• Prior experience with client intake, consultations, or sales-oriented legal roles is strongly preferred
