The essence of the role:
We are looking for an Atlassian Support Engineer to join our growing team to provide essential support for Jira and Confluence to our global Sinch employees. In this role, you will handle incident and request related support issues, while also serving as an escalation point for more complex cases. You will document solutions and create guides to streamline workflows for both the Atlassian team and end users.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience in Jira and Confluence administration (Data Center and Cloud) and a basic understanding of Microsoft 365 Administration and MS Exchange. Knowledge of Jira automations, Azure, Microsoft Active Directory and Assets (formerly Insight) is a plus.
