Atlassian Solution Specialist

About the Team

This role will be part of the Corporate Platforms & Technology Partnering Team, consisting of multiple technical platform management teams, including ERP and Service Management technology, alongside a Technology Partnering team.

About the role 

We're seeking an Atlassian Solution Specialist to administer and optimize our Jira Cloud, Confluence, and Advanced Roadmaps suite. You'll design custom workflows, dashboards, and reports to support our distributed teams' project management needs.

The ideal candidate brings proven Atlassian administration experience with strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach to implementing business solutions across multi-team environments.

Responsibilities 

System Administration & Support

• Configure and maintain Jira Cloud, Confluence, and Advanced Roadmaps to meet business requirements
• Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Manage system integrations, plugins, and vendor relationships
• Deliver training on tool functionality and best practices

Security & User Management

• Maintain user permissions and access controls across all platforms
• Troubleshoot security and performance issues
• Manage user provisioning in accordance with organizational roles

Governance & Reporting

• Create and maintain dashboards, filters, and operational reports
• Establish change management workflows with proper testing protocols
• Develop documentation, training materials, and knowledge resources
• Conduct impact assessments for feature releases and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Provide expert guidance on Atlassian governance and best practices

Skills and experience 

• Certified Jira Administrator (ACP-120 or equivalent)
• 2+ years experience with Atlassian suite administration and marketplace add-ons
• Proven expertise in Jira configuration, workflows, automation, JQL, and integrations
• Experience with Confluence and Advanced Roadmaps
• Knowledge of Atlassian security best practices
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management and stakeholder relationship abilities
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies preferred
