What You’ll Do as an Atlassian Consultant

As an Atlassian Consultant at Idalko, you’ll play a key role in helping clients optimize workflows and enhance their ITSM systems using Atlassian tools like Jira, Confluence, BitBucket, and Bamboo. You’ll work with companies of various sizes, leading projects ranging from 10 to 60 days.

• Client Engagement – Understand their needs, assess current workflows, and align solutions with their objectives.
• Solution Implementation – Configure, deploy, and optimize Atlassian tools to enhance operational efficiency.
• Strategic Advisory – Provide recommendations, ensure seamless adoption, and build trust across all levels.
• Collaboration & Leadership – Mentor junior consultants, support senior projects, and manage vendor relationships.

• A problem solver with strong communication skills who is able to build lasting relationships.
• Analytical – You can break down business challenges and translate them into effective Atlassian solutions.
• Client-focused – You ensure smooth implementation and adoption of new systems.
• Project-driven – You have strong project management skills and can drive initiatives from start to finish.

You’re Skilled in

• Deep expertise in Jira and Confluence, including complex implementations.
• Experience with Atlassian Cloud, Marketplace apps, and Bitbucket.
• Knowledge of Python, Forge, and scripting is a plus.
• Certifications in Atlassian, ITIL, SAFe, or related fields are a bonus.
• For this role, fluency in Dutch is required.
