Dropbox Corporate IT is looking for an Atlassian Cloud Administrator to own and evolve our Atlassian ecosystem, including Jira Cloud, Confluence Cloud, and Loom Enterprise.
After migrating to Jira Cloud, we are entering the next stage of platform maturity. This role is about more than day to day administration. You will help build a scalable, secure, and intuitive collaboration platform that enables teams across Dropbox to plan, build, document, and communicate effectively.
You will operate as a platform owner, balancing user experience, governance, automation, security, and long term maintainability. You will partner closely with Engineering, Technical Program Management, Security, and cross functional stakeholders to drive standardization and reduce complexity while supporting a global, virtual first workforce.
This is a high impact opportunity to shape how work happens at Dropbox.
On-call work may be necessary occasionally to help address bugs, outages, or other operational issues, with the goal of maintaining a stable and high-quality experience for our customers.
