We are looking for an Atlassian Cloud Administrator who is detail-oriented, analytical, and a strong team player to join our IT Operations team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and exceptionally dynamic environment and is excited to optimize and scale our Atlassian Cloud ecosystem to support business growth.
Strong technical expertise in Atlassian Cloud administration is essential, along with experience in enterprise-scale system optimization and data management. The ability to manage complex configurations, adapt to evolving requirements, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities:
Administer and optimize Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud environments at an expert level, including projects, issue types, screens, schemes, workflows, and custom fields
Manage and troubleshoot complex entity relationships and dependencies across the Atlassian ecosystem
Design, implement, and maintain automation rules at both global and project levels to streamline workflows and improve team efficiency
Perform regular garbage collection and system optimization to maintain peak performance
Leverage Atlassian Analytics and Atlassian Data Lake for reporting, insights, and data-driven decision-making
Identify, track, and manage legacy entities; plan and execute migrations and clean-up activities with minimal disruption
Monitor system health, usage patterns, and adoption metrics to proactively address issues and optimize configurations
Create and maintain comprehensive internal documentation for configurations, processes, and best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions aligned with business needs
Follow established change management procedures and team guidelines
Qualifications & Skills:
Active Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator for Cloud certification
Active Atlassian Certified Confluence Administrator for Cloud certification
5+ years of hands-on experience administering Atlassian Cloud products (Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Atlassian Analytics) in enterprise environments
Expert-level knowledge of Jira administration: projects, issue types, screens, schemes, workflows, permissions, and their interdependencies
Deep understanding of Atlassian Cloud automation (global and project-level rules, triggers, conditions, and actions)
Proven experience with system optimization, garbage collection, and performance tuning in Atlassian environments
Excellent documentation skills with ability to create clear, comprehensive technical documentation
Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work effectively within a team and follow established processes
