What You’ll Do

  • Configure and maintain global settings, schemes, and workflows across Atlassian tools.
  • Implement and manage integrations with external systems (CI/CD pipelines, identity providers, reporting tools).
  • Design and maintain automation rules to improve efficiency.
  • Manage advanced security features including SSO, domain verification, and compliance audits.
  • Oversee system performance, upgrades, and migrations (e.g., server to cloud).
  • Provide escalation support for complex issues and liaise with Atlassian support.
  • Contribute to strategic planning for licensing, scaling, and governance.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; advanced certifications preferred.
  • 4–7 years of experience administering Atlassian tools in enterprise environments.
  • Deep knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Atlassian Marketplace apps.
  • Experience with integrations, automation, and scripting (e.g., Groovy, REST APIs).
  • Strong understanding of IT governance, compliance, and security practices.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale migrations and performance optimization.
