What You’ll Do

Configure and maintain global settings, schemes, and workflows across Atlassian tools.
Implement and manage integrations with external systems (CI/CD pipelines, identity providers, reporting tools).
Design and maintain automation rules to improve efficiency.
Manage advanced security features including SSO, domain verification, and compliance audits.
Oversee system performance, upgrades, and migrations (e.g., server to cloud).
Provide escalation support for complex issues and liaise with Atlassian support.
Contribute to strategic planning for licensing, scaling, and governance.

Who We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; advanced certifications preferred.
4–7 years of experience administering Atlassian tools in enterprise environments.
Deep knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Atlassian Marketplace apps.
Experience with integrations, automation, and scripting (e.g., Groovy, REST APIs).
Strong understanding of IT governance, compliance, and security practices.
Proven ability to manage large-scale migrations and performance optimization.
