The role
We are looking for a Junior Assortment Operations & Content Specialist to join our Product & Customer Operations team. This role combines hands-on product operations knowledge with content ownership to ensure our digital shops (web and app) are accurate, compliant, and optimized for customer experience and conversion.
You will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality product content across our platforms, while also being knowledgeable about and managing the operational lifecycle of our products, from launching new brands to monitoring availability and ensuring smooth daily execution.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of content, product, and operations, with both strategic thinking and a hands-on approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Management (≈ 60%)
Create high-quality, accurate, and engaging product content across our platforms.
Maintain and update product descriptions, brand messaging and the product knowledge base to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Act as the product expert, understanding certifications, compliance requirements, expiry dates, brand specifications, and key product details.
Ensure certified product content meets brand and regulatory requirements; collaborate with brands to correct or complete content where needed.
Develop and maintain content playbooks and documentation to support consistency and scalability.
Collaborate with SEO specialists to optimize product pages for search visibility, engagement, and conversion.
Product Operations (≈ 40%)
Know how to and execute on setting up new products in internal product management systems.
Maintain post-launch product operations, ensuring product data remains accurate and up-to-date.
Monitor out-of-stock items and coordinate with Partners & Procurement to maintain optimal stock levels.
Oversee delivery flow and support Customer Operations in resolving product-related issues.
Support ad-hoc product and operational improvement projects.
What You Bring
2+ years experience in product content, e-commerce content management, digital product operations, or similar roles.
Excellent written communication with strong attention to detail.
Understanding of how content supports user experience, engagement, and conversion, including basic SEO principles.
Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills — you communicate clearly and confidently.
Comfortable working in Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides (bonus if you can build basic reports or dashboards).

Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced scale-up environment.

Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., Contentful, WordPress).
Exposure to SEO tools or content analytics platforms.
