BLAST is a leading esports production company delivering world-class live broadcasts and digital content for global audiences. We work across major titles including Counter-Strike, Dota, League of Legends, VALORANT, Fortnite, Rocket League, and Rainbow Six Siege.
The Associate Talent Producer supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of on-air talent across live broadcasts and related content productions. The role operates at the intersection of editorial, production, and talent management, ensuring that on-air contributors are prepared, well-utilized, and aligned with the creative and commercial goals of each production.
The position works closely with producers, directors, studio teams, and external partners to assess talent performance, support casting and assignment decisions, and contribute to storytelling and show flow. Responsibilities span both creative input and operational execution, particularly in live, high-pressure environments.
The role includes on-site production support, talent logistics, rehearsal and show-day coordination, and participation in editorial planning and story development. It also contributes to the development and application of standardized talent processes, best practices, and performance frameworks across projects and clients.
Working hours may include evenings and weekends based on production schedules, with occasional travel to live events or on-location productions.
