THE ROLE:

We are seeking an Associate, Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our Americas Talent Acquisition Team. You will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to our wide array of roles from Engineering, Creative, Media, Strategy, Delivery, and more!

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Identifying and engaging passive candidates for various positions at DEPT®, including but not limited to: engineers, creatives, paid media, strategy, delivery, etc.
• Developing and implementing strategies to attract potential candidates and maintaining a network to quickly fill open positions.
• Sourcing candidates across our Americas region including but not limited to the United States, and Latin America.
• Collaborating with colleagues across the Americas.
• Managing active candidate pipelines through our ATS (Greenhouse) and developing world-class talent pools for future hiring needs.
• Ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.
• Maintain a workload of on average 12 - 15 requisitions at a time.

WHAT YOU BRING:

• You have up to 2 years of experience sourcing talent in any of the following markets: creative, media, and engineering
• You possess excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English (a minimum conversational Upper Intermediate level is required).
• You are located near one of our Buenos Aires offices (Villa Crespo or Mar del Plata) and are open to working on-site a few days a week.
• You have experience sourcing and approaching candidates in the US, Latin America, and Canada.
• You have prior talent sourcing experience, whether from an agency, RPO, or in-house environment.
• You are skilled at identifying and engaging with top talent at all levels.
• You stay informed about market trends and enjoy creating talent pools based on this knowledge.
• You are constantly seeking new and innovative ways to improve sourcing and recruiting processes, as well as exploring new sources of hires.
• You are comfortable in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities based on the evolving needs of the business.
