With thriving teams in Illinois, Maryland, and Wisconsin, exciting growth underway in Minnesota, and continued national expansion ahead, we’re looking for an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner to join us. You’ll manage full-cycle recruiting across diverse roles, and play a key part in bringing the Compass mission to life through every hire.

This position is primarily remote, however applicants must be based in Illinois. Ability to be in-person at our Chicagoland clinics is expected for team meetings, open houses, and other company or recruiting-related events. Additionally, this role may include national travel to regional Compass locations as needed.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Full-cycle recruiting for 15+ clinical and/or operational (corporate) positions simultaneously. This includes:  
    • Partnering with hiring managers to create and execute talent acquisition strategies 
    • Conducting phone and virtual interviews; leading interview, feedback, and offer processes 
    • Coordinating pre-employment background checks and references 
    • Tracking and drawing meaningful insights from recruiting metrics, such as time-to-fill, hire sources, etc. 
  • Contributing to the development and success of various talent related projects such as DEI recruitment, early career recruiting, talent operations, etc. 
  • Providing a world-class candidate experience, refining our best practices and optimizing our recruiting processes 
  • Drive impact towards Compass’ key initiatives 

Who You Are: 

  • Some experience in a professional or corporate environment (internship, recruiting coordinator role, or similar)
  • An interest in learning full-cycle recruiting and developing expertise in sourcing and candidate engagement
  • Curious, proactive mindset with a genuine enthusiasm for connecting with people
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Eager to grow within a supportive, collaborative Talent Acquisition team
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or Greenhouse is a plus, but not required
  • Bachelor's Degree required

Compass Health Center is a recognized leader in crisis-level mental health, bringing passion, connection, and patient-centered care to the Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient space (PHP/IOP). Based in Chicagoland, we serve hundreds of patients every day, ranging from ages 5 through adulthood, in our onsite facilities or through our flourishing virtual programming. Compass fills a critical gap between outpatient and inpatient care through an intermediate level of Behavioral Healthcare.
