About the Team

At AlphaSights, our people are our greatest asset and integral to the service we provide. As an Associate on our Talent Acquisition team in London, you will develop creative and innovative strategies to identify and engage world-class talent across key UK & European universities, guide candidates through our pipeline and drive growth. This is a full-life cycle role focused on full-time and placement positions.

The Role

Your responsibilities will span the following areas: 

  • Full life-cycle recruitment: Ownership of end to end graduate pipelines and hiring target attainment. 
  • Attraction strategy and brand building: Support employer branding initiatives to increase market visibility.
  • Proactive sourcing:  Execute on tactical research, referrals, and sourcing campaigns to find, engage, and activate active and passive candidates
  • Candidate assessment: Screen applicants and conduct first round interviews to determine candidate viability and collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and goals.
  • Candidate experience: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a seamless, positive, and professional experience from the initial application through to the final offer stage.
  • Candidate education: Effectively educate candidates on the AlphaSights employee value proposition and available opportunities
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to define role requirements and set clear expectations. 

 

Career Progression

Years 0-2: Our Talent Acquisition Associates are responsible for the development and execution of strategies to attract top-tier talent. You’ll also have early leadership and mentorship opportunities as we onboard new joiners to our team.

Years 3-4: As a Senior Talent Acquisition Associate you’ll lead teammates, run wider initiatives, and own key recruitment results. 

 

What We Look For 

  • Interest in identifying, engaging and converting top talent. 1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition is preferred. 
  • Fluency in English is required; fluency in one of the following languages is preferred, but not required: German, Italian, Spanish, French, Swedish or any other Nordic language
  • Bachelor’s degree, with strong academic credentials and noteworthy extracurricular leadership 
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills 
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, with both internal and external stakeholders

Compensation and Benefits

  • £40,000 base salary, with opportunity to earn a performance bonus.
  • 4% matched pension contribution on qualified earnings
