Join Lightspeed Systems as an Associate Systems Administrator and become a vital part of our dynamic Management Information Systems (MIS) team. In this role, you will provide hands-on technical support to resolve issues related to operational systems, applications, corporate endpoints, and critical business systems that power our organization’s daily operations. You’ll play a key role in managing and deploying corporate endpoint devices, overseeing user identity management and provisioning, and ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our core systems.
As a member of the MIS Department, you’ll help maintain the seamless operation of the technology that keeps our teams productive and connected. You’ll also leverage modern automation and AI-assisted tools to enhance efficiency, streamline troubleshooting, and improve documentation across MIS workflows. NOTE: This is a hybrid position, with several days each week required onsite at our Austin, Texas headquarters.
