  • Troubleshoot and resolve file transfer and integration failures using protocols such as SFTP, FTP, HTTPS, AS2.
  • Handle incident management, service requests, and problem management through ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners for issue resolution and planned changes.
  • Support certificate management, access control, and security-related updates.
  • Maintain and update operational documentation including runbooks, SOPs, KT documents, and support audit activities.
  • Ensure high availability, SLA adherence, and operational stability in production environments.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
