  • Dayforce certification(s) preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Writing and reviewing great quality code
  • Configure, maintain, and support Ceridian Dayforce HCM modules including Core HCM, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Workforce Management, Benefits, and Recruiting.
  • Analyze business requirements in collaboration with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Operations, and IT stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into effective Dayforce configurations, workflows, pay rules, schedules, and security roles.
  • Lead or support Dayforce implementations, module rollouts, enhancements, and new feature enablement.
  • Troubleshoot functional and technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business impact.
  • Support ongoing system maintenance, upgrades, and Dayforce release management activities.
  • Design, maintain, and support integrations between Dayforce and external systems using APIs, SFTP, and file-based interfaces.
  • Perform data loads, audits, reconciliations, and validations to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain Dayforce reports, dashboards, and analytics to support operational and leadership needs.
  • Conduct regression testing, support UAT, and assist with production deployments.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, processes, and change requests.
  • Provide functional and technical guidance, training, and knowledge transfer to internal teams and end users.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
