  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce automation tools.
  • Ability to integrate Einstein insights into Salesforce UI and business processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Writing and reviewing great quality code.
  • Design and implement Salesforce Einstein AI solutions including Einstein Prediction Builder, Einstein Discovery Models, and Einstein Recommendations.
  • Develop and optimize Einstein AI capabilities integrated with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom Salesforce applications.
  • Work with business stakeholders to identify AI-driven use cases and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Configure datasets, define target variables, and refine prediction accuracy for Einstein models
  • Implement AI-assisted workflows, Next Best Action (NBA) strategies, and intelligent automation using Einstein Bots, Salesforce Flows, and Orchestration.
  • Embed Einstein insights into Salesforce user experiences using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Lightning components.
  • Collaborate with data and analytics teams to ensure data quality, feature readiness, and model reliability
  • Perform model testing, monitoring, performance tuning, and version management
  • Create technical documentation, best practices, and support enablement for internal teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Service, Marketing, Analytics, and Product to drive AI adoption

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
